About me
Experienced Project and Operations Manager with over 12 years working experience include EU funding bid development, project development and coordination, planning, design, execution, monitoring and reporting, including publicity activities. Key skills include grant management, staff/volunteer management and capacity building, delivering workshops and training, conducting monitoring and evaluations, budgeting and fiscal management.Educated to Master's degree from Texas A&M University, I have number of professional training qualifications gained during my work in Armenia, USA and United Kingdom.In Armenia I worked as Marketing and Sales Manager at Vahakni Community (Hovnanian International Ltd). Responsibilities included set up and launch of marketing campaigns, design, tender and production of marketing publications, posters and TV adverts.In UK, worked as Community Development Manager at BBWCVS for 6 years. In 2012 joined Signpost and launched full time services for unemployed and economically inactive residents in Basildon, Essex, funded through European Social Fund, Big Lottery and other partners in the area. Managing Signpost Basildon Centres, including recruiting staff and volunteers, project briefings, planning and implementation. Second part of my duties at Signpost is Essex wide projects co-ordination with financial and project reporting responsibilities. Partnership working with key agencies and multi-partnership project development as a lead body. As part of my role I also delivered employability courses such as CV writing, Interview Skills and Social Media. Extensive knowledge and experience of data collection and analysis: writing reports and action planning. Skills include editing and publishing reports, project evaluations, survey data collection, analysis using SPSS, writing, editing and formatting reports to professional standard. Professional attitude towards new challenges, handling most situations with confidence. Fluent in English, Russian and Armenian languages.
