About me
Me, Ani Hovsepyan, have 8 years of experience of student career services as the YSULS Career Centre Coordinator and currently Career Center Specialist. I have been providing various trainings and seminars for the University students and graduates (How to apply for a job, How to pass a job interview, How to write CV, Motivation, Cover Letters, Entrepreneurial Skills, Problem-Based Learning, etc.). I have a great experience of organizing career and job fairs, as well as workshops, meetings with the employers, the business sector, entrepreneurs and companies. From 2018 I have been delivering course “Career Planning and Management” for the BA 2nd year students at the Chair of Education Management and Planning.I have 6 year experience in various institutional and international projects (Erasmus Mundus, European Voluntary Service, Youth in Action, TEMPUS SuToMa group leader, Steering Committee representative from Armenia, Erasmus + International Credit Mobility, Erasmus + Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education SMART project). Since 2010 I have been involved in research and assessment of the labour market, its problems, demands, and the process of students ‘integration. I have been actively involved in the several researches conducted jointly with the YSULS Quality Assurance Centre and YSULS Graduates Association: “YSULS Graduates and the Labour Market”, “Labour Market Research”, etc. I have been 3 years doing my PhD research on the „Pedagogical Issues in the Management of the Process of Career Guidance in the in Higher Education System“ at BRUSOV YSULS, Chair on Education Planning and Management. From November 2015 to July 2017 I have been conducting my Research at the CITY College, International Faculty of the University of Sheffield, Thessaloniki, Greece.I shall be glad to provide online and offline consultancy connected with my work and research topics.
