I am an Alumna of Changemakerxchange, Swedish Institute LEAP Leadership Programmes & UNAOC.
I was a member of Professional Coaching Alliance (2017-2018). Being passionate about human potential development I have co-founded Kaizen Mastery People Development Institute (https://www.kaizenmastery.com/) in 2016 & started my practice as a professional coach & speaker.

About me
My mission in life is to uplift as many humans as possible to their highest potential and help them create a life, worthy to be called a Masterpiece. I was born and raised in Armenia. I lived in Greece for 20 months as part of my MA degree at the University of Sheffield, International Faculty, City College. After finishing my studies, I returned to Armenia, with a vision to create a social enterprise (Kaizen Mastery People Development Institute), which today serves businesses providing them people development services, at the same time it empowers young people from vulnerable groups (free of charge coaching) to realize their potential and become multipliers of positive change in their communities. I believe I have knowledge, skills and expertise that can be valuable to people & organizations in Armenia.
