About me
I have 8 years of experience in EU funded projects, coordinating and managing 20 (start-up, research or commercialisation) funded projects, mentoring, tutoring, and teaching academics and university professors, helping create a developed academic culture, increase the country's successful participation in the largest EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, the Horizon 2020. Concurrently I have been an Energy expert representing Jordan in the Euro-Mediterranean Expert Group, and also the Technology Transfer Coordinator in the Jordanian Higher Council for Science and Technology, where the projects were hosted.I also took part in the formulation of a local granting project. I also supported the Ministry of Labour in a consulting project to develop an employment, technical and vocational education system throughout the country, with a fund by the World Bank.Within the EU projects, I have had many visits to leading research centres, institutions, universities, business centres & incubators in different parts of Europe, intensively in Italy, with the aim to convey their experience and look for opportunities, and stay up to date with the fast advancing world.My previous experiences were in the pharmaceutical & infant food manufacturing; delicate industries, at some points following the whole operational process of the factories, ensuring contingency and risk control.Being in contact with different echelons, different groups, requires diplomatic approaches, and the ability to negotiate and influence. Besides work, I have been equally and constantly active in the Armenian community of Jordan, representing the community in different & various occasions when needed.I have had experience in sharing my knowledge in Europe, Armenia & Jordan. I am ready to present online & offline consultancies, travel may also be considered.
